Qualifications

Strong Supervisory Skills and experience managing maintenance teams
Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance
Expertise in Maintenance Management and Maintenance & Repair practices
Knowledge of compliance and workplace safety regulations
Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is an advantage
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, Maintenance Management, or a related field
