Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead all maintenance and repair-related activities in the company, keeping in mind the roles of a repair manager
Document and submit reports to the senior maintenance manager (if any) or the stakeholders, regarding budgets, progress and time schedules
Supervise the condition of all the equipment in the establishment and the potential upgrades and maintenance it might need as a preventive maintenance plan
Manage the budgets of the maintenance plans, and ensure that everything is in line with legal and safety regulations
Recognise areas of improvement in the facilities maintenance jobs in hand and their processes
