Job Description

As a Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and managing the maintenance team. Your primary duties will include: - Hiring, training, and evaluating the performance of the maintenance team - Planning, scheduling, and overseeing all maintenance and repair work, including preventative maintenance - Conducting regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify and address issues - Ensuring the efficient and reliable operation of all hospital systems, such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and biomedical equipment - Ensuring compliance with all applicable safety regulations and standards - Developing and implementing maintenance procedures and best practices - Motivating and fostering a positive work environment within the team - Implementing and enforcing safety procedures for all maintenance personnel - Maintaining accurate records of all maintenance activities - Coordinating with other departments to schedule maintenance activities Qualifications required for this role include: - Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role - Retired professionals are also encouraged to apply This is a full-time position that requires in-person work at the specified location.,
