Job Description

The Industrial Sales Executive at Splendid Industries Pvt. Ltd. will be responsible for driving B2B sales, expanding market presence, and promoting the company’s industrial products and solutions to clients across manufacturing, engineering, and infrastructure sectors. This role requires strong technical understanding, relationship-building skills, and the ability to deliver customized industrial solutions to customers.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Market Development

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across assigned territories and industries.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by Splendid Industries Pvt. Ltd.
  • Conduct market research to analyze customer needs, competitor offerings, and emerging trends.
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through cold calls, site visits, and networking.

Client Relationship Management

  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, distributors, and industrial buyers.
  • Conduct client meetings, technical presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and commercial offers tailored to customer requirements.
  • Provide timely support to clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Technical & Product Knowledge

  • Understand the specifications, applications, and advantages of Splendid Industries’ products.
  • Work with internal technical teams to provide accurate and reliable solutions.
  • Recommend suitable products based on customer applications, performance needs, and budgets.

Negotiation & Order Finalization

  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules within company guidelines.
  • Close orders efficiently and ensure compliance with company policy.
  • Coordinate with operations, logistics, and finance teams for order execution.

Reporting & Coordination

  • Maintain accurate sales reports, visit records, forecasts, and documentation using CRM tools.
  • Participate in review meetings and contribute to strategic planning.
  • Provide feedback from the market to support product development and improvement.

Qualifications & RequirementsEducation

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field.

Experience

  • 2–5 years of industrial or B2B sales experience (machinery, equipment, components, or industrial solutions preferred).
  • Experience working with manufacturing or engineering clients is an advantage.

Skills

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Technical aptitude and ability to understand industrial products.
  • Target-driven with strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
