Key Responsibilities Area (KRA):
Supervise and manage the daily accounting operations including accounts
payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliation.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance
with accounting standards.
Ensure timely filing and compliance of all statutory obligations such as
GST, TDS/TCS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, ROC filings, etc.
Handle audits (statutory, internal, and tax) and liaise with auditors for
smooth completion.
Monitor cash flow, fund management, and coordinate with banks for
financial transactions, LC, BG, and other related activities.
Review and approve vouchers, journal entries, and payroll-related
transactions.
Develop, implement, and strengthen internal financial controls and
accounting systems.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for management
review.
Maintain coordination with different departments to ensure proper financial
documentation and compliance.
Lead and mentor the accounts team for accuracy, efficiency, and
professional growth.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
