Role Overview:

As we build the next global benchmark in the luxury wedding industry, we are looking for a Luxury Sales & Branding Manager who combines refined storytelling with elite-level client handling. You will be the face of Novella for HNIs, planners, designers, and elite vendors — turning each interaction into a long-term relationship and every pitch into a sale.

This role blends sales, brand strategy, relationship management, and execution into one — ideal for someone who understands the emotion behind luxury and the data behind growth.

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Sales Conversion

• Pitch Novella and its sub-brands (Events by Novella, Twigs on Lens, First Frame Studio) to HNIs, luxury planners, hospitality partners, and designers
• Build a luxury-first sales funnel with aspirational touchpoints — from first DM to final onboarding
• Drive bookings across wedding, commercial, and event categories through personalized outreach
• Handle inbound queries, schedule walkthroughs, and convert interest into signed contracts
• Represent the brand across exhibitions, wedding fairs, designer collaborations, and showroom visits

Luxury Branding & Relationship Building

• Establish deep personal relationships with planners, stylists, influencers, and high-end clients
• Maintain post-sale relationships to build referral networks and repeat bookings
• Tailor brand messaging and sales narratives to suit different sub-brand positioning under Wevoir
• Act as a brand storyteller — articulating Novella’s luxury, emotion, and elegance in every conversation
• Collaborate with the content and creative team to align brand narrative across touchpoints

Market Strategy & Positioning

• Build luxury pitch decks, sales communication tools, and customized proposals
• Stay updated on luxury wedding trends, new venue launches, and elite clientele behavior
• Identify high-value collaborations, stylists, and planners to create brand association
• Map pricing vs. perception in the ultra-premium wedding segment and optimize accordingly

• Have strong emotional intelligence and can adapt your approach to ultra-luxury clients
• Are confident pitching to celebrities, planners, stylists, and high-end designers
• Can convert a moodboard into a sale and a first impression into a long-term relationship
• Are driven by targets but don’t believe in pushy selling — your storytelling wins people over
• Have experience managing or scaling a luxury/lifestyle/fashion brand or service
• Thrive in dynamic event-driven environments — and love the rush of wedding seasons
• Have strong follow-up instincts, a high-energy work ethic, and a love for beautiful details
• Can work on-ground, during weekends/events, and travel extensively if needed

• Have previously worked in ultra-luxury weddings, couture, hospitality, or PR
• Own a network of wedding planners, stylists, venue heads, or influencers
• Understand how to price, package, and sell experiences — not just services
• Familiarity with CRM tools, Google Sheets, and proposal software
