Key Responsibilities

Luxury Brand Communication

  • Build and maintain an elevated brand voice across all client and partner interactions.
  • Act as the primary communication touchpoint for premium clients, planners, and collaborators.
  • Create, refine, and manage communication materials like pitch decks, proposals, and social messaging.
  • Ensure every communication touchpoint reflects Novella’s luxury aesthetics and ethos.

Strategic Collaborations

  • Identify and onboard high-value partners such as wedding venues, planners, couture designers, luxury hospitality brands, and influencers.
  • Negotiate and execute collaborations that drive brand visibility and lead generation.
  • Manage influencer marketing initiatives, styled shoots, co-branded campaigns, and offline events.
  • Build a strong network of wedding and luxury ecosystem collaborators for long-term partnerships.

Client & Partner Onboarding

  • Seamlessly onboard new clients and collaborators with a well-designed communication flow.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution for clients and partners.
  • Maintain relationships to ensure repeat collaborations and referrals.

Marketing & Visibility Support

  • Work with the marketing team to design and implement campaigns that align with luxury positioning.
  • Represent the brand at weddings, exhibitions, expos, and luxury networking events.
  • Contribute ideas for content marketing, social media collaborations, and editorial features.

Reporting & CRM

  • Track all collaborations, inquiries, and communication via CRM tools.
  • Maintain reports on lead sources, collaboration outcomes, and brand engagement metrics.
  • Share actionable insights for better targeting and relationship-building strategies.

  • Thrive in a startup environment where adaptability and ownership are key.
  • Have excellent communication and negotiation skills to close high-value partnerships.
  • Are proactive in identifying opportunities for growth and brand visibility.
