Job Description

Inside Sales Executive (Female)

Roles & Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, emailing, and inbound inquiries.
Explain product/service offerings clearly and persuasively to prospective customers.
Build and nurture strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
Follow up on leads, schedule meetings/demos, and support the sales closure process.
Maintain accurate sales records in CRM and prepare periodic reports for management.
Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to achieve monthly revenue targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate in any discipline (Business/Marketing preferred).
13 years of inside sales, tele sales, or business development experience.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is an added advantage.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and willing to learn.
