This is a hybrid internship role for a Talent Consultant with IT expertise at AJM Consulting. The role is based in Pune, allowing for some work from home. The Talent Consultant will be responsible for identifying and recruiting top IT talent, managing the recruitment lifecycle, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless onboarding process. The position also involves leveraging IT expertise to assess candidates' technical skills and improve recruitment strategies through data analysis and market research.
