ADOSPL is a growing player in the logistics and infrastructure sector, known for delivering efficient, reliable, and cost-effective transportation solutions. We are currently expanding our core logistics operations and are hiring for a key leadership position at our Gurugram Head Office. This role is vital to streamlining logistics activities, supporting business development, and managing end-to-end operational workflows across various domains.


Position Summary:

Assistant General Manager – Logistics


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily logistics operations, ensuring efficiency, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Supervise logistics for civil construction projects, including coordination of transportation, site needs, and vendor management.
  • Support business development efforts by identifying new logistics opportunities and partnerships.
  • Manage the tendering process: documentation, bidding, compliance, and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of logistics plans.
  • Analyze performance data and provide regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
  • Travel to project sites or partner locations as required.


Qualifications:

  • BBA or MBA in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain Management, or a relevant field.
  • Experience up to 3-6 Years in Logistics domain.
