We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Representative (Telecaller) to handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with their inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product or service information. The ideal candidate is fluent in communication, empathetic, and solution-oriented. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to existing or potential customers. Answer incoming calls and resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information about products, orders, shipping, or services. Maintain a positive and helpful tone in every interaction. Log customer interactions, feedback, and complaints in the CRM system. Follow up on customer inquiries that are not immediately resolved. Coordinate with the operations or logistics team for issue resolution. Work towards achieving daily and weekly call targets. Requirements: Proven experience in a telecalling or customer support role (preferred). Excellent verbal communication skills in [languages like Hindi, English, etc.]. Good listening and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure. Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM systems or Excel. High school diploma or above. Preferred Skills: Experience in e-commerce, logistics, or consumer product support. Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, Shopify.
