Job Description

Job Description: We are looking for a Logistics Executive to efficiently manage daily logistics operations, vehicle scheduling, and coordination to ensure smooth and timely movement of goods. Key Responsibilities: Vehicle Coordination: Plan, coordinate, and schedule vehicles for daily dispatch and delivery operations. Route Planning: Optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation. Yield Calculation: Track and calculate vehicle yield, trip efficiency, and fuel usage. Dispatch Management: Monitor loading and unloading, verify trip sheets, and ensure accurate documentation. Stock & Delivery Tracking: Coordinate with warehouses and hubs to manage stock movement and delivery status. Vendor & Driver Management: Coordinate with drivers, vendors, and transporters for smooth operations. Reporting: Maintain daily trip, mileage, and cost records; prepare logistics reports for management. Issue Resolution: Handle delivery delays, vehicle breakdowns, and other operational challenges quickly. Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and transport regulations. Cross-Team Coordination: Work closely with sales, warehouse, and customer service teams for seamless logistics flow. Requirements: Experience in logistics or dispatch operations preferred. Strong coordination and communication skills. Basic knowledge of vehicle scheduling, routing, and documentation. Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets is an added advantage.
