Logistics Executive

Job Title: Logistics & Inventory Location: Lower Parel / Goregaon Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities ·        Logistics Management ·        Oversee and manage all inbound and outbound logistics operations. ·        Develop and execute cost-effective transportation strategies to ensure timely deliveries. ·        Coordinate with transporters, freight forwarders, and courier partners to optimize routes, schedules, and costs. ·        Monitor real-time delivery status, troubleshoot delays, and ensure on-time order fulfillment. ·        Inventory & Warehouse Management ·        Maintain optimal stock levels to meet business demands while minimizing holding costs. ·        Oversee daily stock counts, cycle counts, and reconciliation of discrepancies. ·        Implement strong inventory control measures to prevent losses, damage, and stockouts. ·        Ensure warehouse operations are efficient, safe, and compliant with company policies. ·        Manage storage layouts and warehouse space for maximum efficiency. ·        Team Management & Reporting ·        Lead, train, and motivate the logistics and warehouse teams to achieve operational goals. ·        Prepare regular reports on inventory status, stock movements, and delivery performance. ·        Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for process improvement. ·        Set KPIs for the team and ensure achievement of operational targets.
