 Housekeeping Staff Department: Operations / Cleaning Services Location: Goregaon East Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for dedicated and reliable Housekeeping Staff to join our Cleaning Service team. The role involves maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and orderliness at client premises, ensuring high standards of service delivery and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Perform daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing. Clean and maintain washrooms, kitchens, offices, residential areas, and other assigned spaces. Handle deep cleaning services including scrubbing, floor polishing, window cleaning, and stain removal. Follow company protocols for cleaning chemicals and equipment usage. Replenish supplies (toiletries, cleaning materials, etc.) as needed. Ensure proper waste disposal and segregation of recyclable/non-recyclable items. Maintain cleaning tools, equipment, and report any damages or shortages. Follow safety, hygiene, and health standards while performing tasks. Respond to customer queries and requests in a polite and professional manner. Adhere to schedules, checklists, and client-specific requirements. Requirements & Skills: Prior experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or cleaning services preferred (but not mandatory). Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and chemicals. Physically fit to perform manual cleaning tasks. Attention to detail and ability to work independently. Good communication skills and professional behavior. Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, or at multiple client locations. Commitment to punctuality and reliability. Education & Qualifications: Minimum 10th Pass (preferred, not mandatory). Training in housekeeping or facility management is an advantage.
