Electrical Design Engineer

A Reputed Design Firm offers a Job for a Electrical Design Engineer Location - Goregaon West SPECIALIST TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED: Basic knowledge of electrical systems used in residential and commercial buildings. Understanding of standard layouts including lighting, power, switchboards, and cable routing. Ability to read and interpret architectural and electrical drawings. Awareness of basic safety and load distribution concepts. Good communication skills. SPECIAL SKILLS RELEVANT TO JOB (Like Software Expertise): Proficient in AutoCAD for preparing electrical layouts. Basic knowledge of MS Office for documentation and reporting. Knowledge of Dialux or similar lighting software is an added advantage  KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY: Support senior engineers in preparing and modifying electrical drawings. Understand client inputs and incorporate basic design elements. Assist in preparing documentation like Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), Lighting Layouts, Switchboard Details. Ensure drawings meet design intent and drafting standards. MAIN DUTIES WITHIN KEY AREAS:   ·   Draft lighting and power layout plans for residential and small commercial buildings. ·     Prepare Single Line Diagrams (SLDs) under supervision. ·     Create switchboard and circuit distribution details based on input. ·     Coordinate with internal teams to maintain clarity and consistency in design. ·     Maintain version control and revision tracking of all drawings. ·     Ensure delivery schedules and accuracy benchmarks are maintained. Education Background Required Educational Background: Electrical Engineer (B.E/Btech) Mandatory Experience Total Experience: 0.6 Months to 2 Yrs   PERSONAL APTITUDES RELEVANT TO JOB:   Keen learner with willingness to adapt and work under guidance. Detail-oriented and organized in drawing and documentation tasks. Good communication skills to collaborate with engineers and managers. Positive attitude with ability to handle design revisions and feedback constructively.
