Job Title: Team Leader – Logistics Operations Location: Kochi/Trivandrum, Kerala Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in mobility logistics or operations coordination Working Hours: Full-time (flexible as per operational requirements) Company Overview: DriverShaab is a leading PAN-India mobility solutions provider, delivering professional on-demand and scheduled driver services. Job Overview: We are looking for a proactive and experienced Team Leader to manage daily operations, handle customer interactions, and expand our driver network in Kerala. The role requires someone capable of taking calls, coordinating services, and recruiting a minimum of 4 drivers in the initial phase. You will act as the primary point of contact for operational activities and team coordination in Kerala. Key Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for incoming calls, client queries, and driver coordination Recruit and onboard at least 4 professional drivers within the first month Manage daily driver deployment and ensure timely execution of scheduled and on-demand services Monitor operational flow, track bookings, and resolve issues such as delays, cancellations, or complaints Maintain driver performance records, attendance logs, and client interaction summaries Support driver training and ensure all service standards and protocols are followed Coordinate with the central team for resource planning, reporting, and escalations Maintain accurate operational reports and share daily/weekly updates with management Build strong local network and awareness of the Kerala market to scale operations effectively Be available on-call 24x7 and demonstrate flexibility in working hours as per operational demands Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, mobility services, or customer coordination Experience in team handling or recruitment (driver hiring experience preferred) Strong verbal communication in Malayalam, Hindi, and English Good command over Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, and basic mobile tools Confident, problem-solving attitude and ability to handle high-pressure scenarios Knowledge of Kerala’s local routes and geography is a strong plus Willingness to work in a dynamic, field-based, and call-handling role Why Join DriverShaab?
