Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and communicative Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team in Kolkata. This role primarily involves hiring professional drivers through phone outreach. The ideal candidate will be comfortable making back-to-back calls, possess strong interpersonal skills, and be fluent in multiple Indian languages to ensure clear communication with a diverse candidate pool. Key Responsibilities Actively call and recruit drivers for the company across various cities Maintain and update candidate records in the internal database Conduct telephonic interviews and basic screening Explain Job Responsibilities, Terms, And Benefits To Potential Hires Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of drivers Meet daily/weekly recruitment targets and report performance Support general marketing and outreach efforts as needed Required Skills & Qualifications Excellent verbal communication skills Comfortable handling a high volume of back-to-back calls Fluent in Hindi, Bengali, and other regional languages (multilingual preferred) Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Google Sheets, etc.) Previous experience in tele-calling, sales, or recruitment preferred but not mandatory Positive attitude and a result-driven mindset Why Join DriverShaab?
