Job Description

Logistics Executive – CITTA

CITTA

Experience: 1–3 years

Department: Operations & Supply Chain

Key Responsibilities:

Track and manage inventory levels, stock movement, and daily reconciliations.
Handle bulk inventories and ensure accuracy across warehouses.
Coordinate with warehouses for dispatches, shipments, and timely order fulfilment.
Track all product shipments and ensure smooth delivery.
Manage communication with vendors, warehouse teams, and logistics partners.
Maintain and update Excel reports, trackers, and dashboards.
Work on Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other logistics software.

Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or inventory management.
Strong skills in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reporting).
Hands-on experience with tracking inventories and managing bulk stock.
Familiarity with WMS or warehouse software.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced setup.
