Role Overview The Logis¢cs Execu¢ve will be responsible for managing end-to-end logis¢cs opera¢ons including domes¢c transporta¢on, export shipments, documenta¢on, coordina¢on with freight forwarders, and ensuring ¢mely and cost-eec¢ve movement of goods. The role requires strong organiza¢onal skills, a¢en¢on to detail, and familiarity with export documenta¢on and compliance (preferred for chemical industry). Key Responsibili¢es ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ Handle daily domes¢c and export shipments. Coordinate with transporters, CHA, freight forwarders, and shipping lines. Prepare export documenta¢on (Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, COO, MSDS, etc.). Track shipments and ensure ¢mely deliveries. Coordinate with warehouse for packing, loading, and dispatch. Manage freight nego¢a¢ons and vendor communica¢on. Maintain MIS reports and ensure regulatory compliance. Requirements: ¢ ¢ ¢ Graduate with 25 years of logis¢cs experience (chemical industry preferred). Strong knowledge of EXIM procedures and export documenta¢on.
