This role is for someone who can manage operations from the office with accuracy and discipline. You’ll coordinate case movements, track timelines, handle communication with clinics, and ensure the logistics team executes without delays. If someone is sloppy with follow-ups or can’t handle high coordination load, they’re not the right fit. Key Responsibilities Monitor daily case flow and ensure all pickups and deliveries happen on time. Coordinate with dentists, logistics riders, and internal lab teams for case status. Track cases in the system and update status without missing entries. Handle customer (clinic) queries professionally and resolve logistics issues quickly. Maintain daily reports, route plans, and performance logs of logistics staff. Ensure proper documentation of incoming and outgoing cases. Support the operations team in planning workloads and scheduling. Requirements Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate preferred. Strong coordination and follow-up skills no procrastinators. Good communication and basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp business, CRM). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple cases at once. Prior experience in logistics coordination, operations, dispatch, or customer handling is a plus.
