The Dispatch & Logistics Associate will be responsible for efficient transportation and delivery of goods from the warehouse or plant to various destinations. This role involves coordinating the dispatch process, tracking deliveries, ensuring timely product delivery, and maintaining proper documentation to ensure smooth logistics operations.

Role & Responsibilities:

Plan and coordinate daily dispatch schedules to ensure timely delivery of dairy products to distribution centers.

Ensure proper loading, unloading, and storage of goods in accordance with company policies.

Ensure that dairy products are transported under proper conditions (e.g., temperature-controlled environments) to maintain quality and shelf life.

Ensure accurate inventory management and stock levels.

Serve as the primary point of contact between the production, warehouse, logistics team and other stakeholders to align dispatch & logistics operation with overall business goals.

Plan and coordinate transportation routes, vehicle tracking, ensuring timely & cost-effective deliveries.

Resolve any transportation-related issues or delays in collaboration with the logistics manager.

Maintain accurate record & documentation of all dispatches, returns, Inventory, and logistics activities.

Prepare and submit reports related to delivery timelines, logistics costs, and vehicle usage.

Skills

Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management systems.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and other logistics software.
