Job Description

Candidate should be energetic, and guest-oriented individuals to join our team as Bell Desk Associates. The role involves providing a warm welcome and assistingguests with their luggage and transportation needs, ensuring a smooth andmemorable arrival and departure experience. The ideal candidate is reliable,courteous, and committed to delivering excellent hospitality service.

KeyResponsibilities

  • Greet guests upon arrival and departure; assist with handling, loading, and unloading luggage safely and efficiently.
  • Escort guests to their rooms; inform them of hotel facilities, services, and amenities in a friendly and helpful manner.
  • Assist guests with transportation arrangements (taxi, shuttle, valet) and coordinate with Front Office / Valet / Concierge as required.
  • Store and retrieve guest luggage as needed, maintaining accuracy of luggage logs and security of stored items.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests for directions, local recommendations, and any assistance required while in transit through the lobby areas.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of bell service areas (lobby, entrance, bell desk) and ensure bell carts and luggage trolleys are well maintained .

SkillsAttributes

  • Good verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of the local language is an advantage.
  • Pleasant, professional presence with strong interpersonal skills and a helpful attitude.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and work efficiently during peak times.
  • Good physical stamina; able to lift, carry or maneuver luggage and items safely.
  • Reliability, punctuality, trustworthiness, and flexibility to work varied shift timings including weekends and holidays.

QualificationCriteria

  • Education: Graduation/ 12th grade + Hospitality/Travel / Flight / Airport / Tourism certification or diploma.
  • Age: Below 25 years with a Graduation Degree
  • 18-22 years with Certification/Diploma
  • Prior experience in hotels, airport operations, or guest services is preferred but not mandatory.
