Job Description

To oversee daily operations across all food and beverage outlets, ensuring seamless service delivery.
To supervise and train staff to maintain the highest standards of service, grooming, and hospitality.
Ensuring guest satisfaction is a priority, including handling complaints and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
To enforce adherence to the hotel's standard operating procedures and luxury service standards.
To work closely with other departments to ensure smooth coordination, especially during events and peak hours.
Monitoring costs, minimizing wastage, and supporting revenue targets are key responsibilities.
To assist in planning and executing banquets and events to ensure they meet guest expectations.
Ensuring hygiene, safety, and compliance with food safety standards is a critical part of the role.
