Job Description

  • To oversee daily operations across all food and beverage outlets, ensuring seamless service delivery.

  • To supervise and train staff to maintain the highest standards of service, grooming, and hospitality.
  • Ensuring guest satisfaction is a priority, including handling complaints and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • To enforce adherence to the hotel's standard operating procedures and luxury service standards.
  • To work closely with other departments to ensure smooth coordination, especially during events and peak hours.
  • Monitoring costs, minimizing wastage, and supporting revenue targets are key responsibilities.
  • To assist in planning and executing banquets and events to ensure they meet guest expectations.
  • Ensuring hygiene, safety, and compliance with food safety standards is a critical part of the role.
