We're now looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Loan 📋 Key Responsibilities Assist mortgage advisers with loan application processes Prepare and review loan documentation with high attention to compliance Liaise with clients, lenders, valuers, and solicitors from application to settlement Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems Pre-screen financial documents (bank statements, payslips, IDs) Manage fixed rate rollovers, top-up applications, and annual reviews Coordinate with insurers and doctors for policy issuance Support marketing and client engagement initiatives 🎓 Qualifications & Skills Required Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field Minimum 2–3 years of experience in loan writing, mortgage broking, or financial services Strong understanding of lending products and compliance requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in CRM systems and document management Ability to multitask and meet deadlines Client-focused mindset with strong organizational skills 💼 Preferred Qualifications Certification from the Mortgage Bankers Association or similar (e.g., CMB) Experience working with Australian or international loan processes Familiarity with insurance coordination and financial planning If you're passionate about helping people achieve their financial goals and have a knack for detail, we’d love to hear from you.
