* Loan(Personal/Business) File Login Experience
* Manage the application process: Prepare, review, and submit loan applications for approval, while acting as a central point of communication between all parties involved.
* Gather and verify information: Collect financial documents, credit reports, and other necessary information from applicants and verify the accuracy of all details.
* Review documentation: Check for missing or erroneous information, ensure the file is complete, and coordinate ordering of third-party services like title work and appraisals.
* Ensure compliance: Make sure the application and all associated documents comply with lending policies and federal and state regulations.
