Blue Moon Finances is looking for a Full-Time Loan Processor, to join our growing team and support our Australian mortgage operations.

This role is ideal for professionals with experience in Australian banking or lending, who are confident in managing settlements, liaising with BDMs, and delivering a seamless client onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end processing of Australian home loan applications

• Handling settlements and coordinating with lenders and BDMs

• Onboarding new clients and guiding them through the process

• Setting up meetings and providing clear communication to stakeholders

• Maintaining documentation and updating CRM tools accurately

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience working with Australian banks, lenders, or mortgage brokers

• Strong understanding of the loan settlement process and compliance

• Excellent English communication skills – both verbal and written

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently

• Comfortable making client calls and managing schedules

Work Hours: Australian business hours
