WEB DESIGNER • Designing and coding: Creating and modifying website layouts, templates, and visual elements according to client specifications.  • User experience advocacy: Ensuring that the website is user-friendly and visually appealing, while effectively communicating the website's mission.  • Creating design assets: Producing graphics and other design elements for use in various channels, including social media.  • Utilizing data: Making design decisions based on data and analytics to improve user engagement and experience.  Roles and Responsibilities : • Researching and Analysis: • Conducting research to understand the target audience. • Preparing guidelines for user research and presenting findings to the business team. • Creating Wireframes and Prototypes: • Developing wireframes (basic layouts) and prototypes (interactive models) using tools like Figma and Adobe XD. • Handling UI/UX and Graphic Design: • Designing the website’s user interface and user experience by considering usability, accessibility, and aesthetics. • Creating visual elements like logos, icons, and images using graphic design tools. • Measuring and Improving Design Performance: • Continuously monitoring how the design performs with users. • Collecting feedback and making necessary improvements to enhance user experience. • Staying Updated with Trends • Keeping up with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices. *************************************************************** Social Media Marketing • Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.  • Create, curate, and manage published content across various social media platforms.  • Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies based on performance data.  • Collaborate with other marketing team members to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.  • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing.
