Job Description: Urban Money Pvt. Ltd. Position: Loan Executive (Loan Products) Department: Sales / Business Development / Loan Sales Employment Type: Full Time/ no part time Location: Shivajinagar Branch Reporting to: Sales Team Lead / Call Center Manager Key Responsibilities Outbound and Inbound Calling Make outbound cold calls to potential customers from provided lead lists. Apna+2Jobhai+2 Handle inbound calls/queries from customers interested in loan products. Apna Product Explanation & Qualification Clearly explain various loan offerings: personal loans, business loans, home loans, etc. Apna Assess customer eligibility by asking relevant qualification questions (income, credit, documentation) and determine what product fits them best. Apna Lead Management Maintain and update CRM/database with all client interactions, follow-up notes, and next steps. Apna+1 Qualify leads: mark “warm” or “cold” based on customer interest & eligibility. Coordinate with Sales / Field Teams Schedule appointments with field sales or loan processing teams for potential customers. Apna Pass on warm leads to the disbursal or underwriting team for further processing. Target Achievement Meet or exceed daily / weekly / monthly KPIs: number of calls, leads generated, conversion rates. Apna Work toward incentive / sales targets set by team lead / management. Customer Support & Relationship Building Handle customer objections, queries, and concerns professionally and empathetically. Build trust and maintain a positive relationship to help potential borrowers move forward in the loan process. Reporting & Documentation Generate regular reports on call metrics, lead status, and conversion for management. Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality of customer information. Jobhai+1 Skills & Qualifications Education: 12th Pass minimum Experience: Preferably 1–5 years in telecalling, sales, or customer service, loan sales. Experience in financial services / BFSI / loan sales is a plus. Communication: Strong verbal communication skills in English + local language (if needed). Good listening skills, confidence on phone, persuasive but empathetic. Technical Skills: Comfortable using CRM tools, MS Excel / Google Sheets. Ability to maintain accurate call logs, reports, and customer databases. Personal Attributes: Target-driven, resilient, and motivated by incentives. Good problem-solving ability, and patience to handle rejections. High level of integrity and confidentiality with customer data. Workdays: Usually 6 days a week (based on some job posts) Compensation: Fixed salary + performance incentives. For example, for a telecaller in Jaipur, Urban Money offers ₹ 15,000-25,000 base + incentives. Earning potential (with incentives) can go higher depending on performance.
