Job Description

Driving Business Through DSA Channels: This involves building and maintaining relationships with DSA partners, ensuring they meet their sales targets, and driving the overall business performance of the branch. Sales Target Achievement: Achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by effectively managing the sales team and implementing sales strategies. Client Relationship Management: Identifying and building relationships with new and existing clients, both individuals and businesses, to generate a pipeline of potential customers. Monitoring and Reporting: Regularly monitoring daily logins, disbursals, and other relevant data, and reporting to management on the performance of the branch and the DSA channels.
