**Job Description** You will be responsible for sourcing and acquiring Gold loan Customers at their doorsteps, ensuring to deliver monthly targets by meeting and converting assigned leads. Your role will involve appraising the Gold Ornaments, verifying KYC at Customers' doorstep, and traveling within the assigned territory/area for disbursing loans as per the process. Additionally, you will be generating leads through existing Customers/database, focusing on productivity and revenue generation, and building long-term relationships with HNI Customers for future business. Coordination with respective stakeholders for grievance handling related to Customers, Disbursal, and Process is also a key aspect of your responsibilities. Strict adherence to Process, Policy, and Guidelines laid by the Organization is essential for this role. **Key Responsibilities** - Source and acquire Gold loan Customers at their doorsteps - Deliver monthly targets by converting assigned leads - Appraise Gold Ornaments, verify KYC at Customers' doorstep - Travel within the assigned territory/area for loan disbursals - Generate leads through existing Customers/database - Focus on productivity and revenue generation - Build long-term relationships with HNI Customers - Coordinate with stakeholders for grievance handling - Adhere strictly to Process, Policy, and Guidelines of the Organization. **Qualifications Required** - Graduate with a minimum of 1-year Gold Valuation/Gold Sales experience in any Gold Loans Firm - Good Sales Skills - Willingness to travel within the assigned Territory/Cluster - Ability to meet customers at their Doorstep and provide door-to-door services.
