About the Role

LinkedIn sales Navigator specialist

This role requires a strong understanding of SaaS product positioning, consultative selling, and relationship building in B2B markets. 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive 

    end-to-end sales cycle

     for SaaS products – from prospecting to closure. 
  • Identify and target potential decision-makers using 

    LinkedIn Sales Navigator

     and advanced search filters. 
  • Build and nurture a strong sales pipeline through consistent outreach and follow-ups. 
  • Create 

    personalized LinkedIn messages, InMail's, and content

     to engage prospects. 
  • Conduct product demos and presentations tailored to client needs. 
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging and campaigns. 
  • Achieve and exceed 

    monthly/quarterly revenue and conversion targets

  • Track sales activities in CRM tools and maintain accurate records. 

 

Requirements

  • 3–5 years

     of proven SaaS sales experience, with at least 

    2 years of active LinkedIn-based selling

  • Strong knowledge of 

    LinkedIn Sales Navigator

     and B2B lead generation strategies. 
  • Experience selling SaaS products to 

    international markets

     (preferred: US, UK, APAC). 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.). 
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently. 

 

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in 

    enterprise-level SaaS sales

  • Knowledge of outbound prospecting tools like Apollo, Outreach, or Lemlist. 
  • Understanding SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, churn rate). 
  • Ability to create compelling LinkedIn content to drive engagement. 

 

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field. 
  • MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory.
