Process:

Paytm Lending Sales Process (Voice-Based)

As a Telesales Executive, youll play a key role in promoting Paytms lending products to customers via outbound calls in your regional language.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers in
Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam
Promote and explain Paytms lending and financial products.
Understand customer needs and pitch relevant solutions.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Update CRM and maintain accurate call logs.
Maintain a positive and persuasive attitude throughout.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum Qualification:
HSC (12th Pass)
For higher salary:
Graduation mandatory
Must be fluent in
one
of the following languages:

Tamil
Telugu
Kannada
Malayalam

Good communication skills and confidence in voice-based selling.
Prior telesales/BPO experience is a plus but
not mandatory
.
Willingness to work in a
rotational weekly off
schedule.
