Job Description

Lifecycle Marketing Intern


Mode : Work from Office (Andheri, Mumbai)

Stipend : Up to ₹15,000/month


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage CRM campaigns across email, WhatsApp, and push notifications.
  • Build automated customer journeys for onboarding, engagement, upselling, and reactivation.
  • Analyze CRM performance metrics and optimize for better conversions.
  • Collaborate with product & growth teams to define go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
  • Conduct competitor and market research to identify growth opportunities.
  • Create positioning, messaging, and collaterals for new initiatives.
  • Track engagement, churn, conversion, and LTV while presenting actionable insights.
  • Work with Sales, Growth, and Partnerships teams for seamless execution.

  • Strong communicator with good copywriting skills.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with a passion for customer experience and growth.


Requirements:


  • Pursuing or completed Bachelor’s/Master’s in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, MoEngage, WebEngage, or similar).
  • Understanding of product marketing fundamentals and customer lifecycle.
  • Ability to derive insights from data and translate them into strategies.
