Job Title:

Key Responsibilities

CRM & Lifecycle Marketing

  • Manage email, WhatsApp, and push notification campaigns.
  • Build automated journeys for onboarding, engagement, upselling, and reactivation.
  • Analyze CRM campaign performance and optimize for conversions.

Product Marketing

  • Work with product & growth teams to define go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
  • Create positioning, messaging, and collaterals for new initiatives.
  • Conduct competitor and market research to identify growth opportunities.

Analytics & Insights

  • Track key metrics: engagement, churn, conversion, and LTV.
  • Present insights and recommendations to improve customer experience.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate with Sales, Growth, and Partnerships teams for execution.
  • Support in building scalable marketing processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelors/Masters in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of CRM tools (HubSpot, MoEngage, WebEngage, or similar).
  • Knowledge of product marketing fundamentals and customer lifecycle.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.
  • Good communication and copywriting skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Prior experience in B2B SaaS / EdTech / Startup ecosystem.
  • Experience with A/B testing and automation workflows.
