Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Study and Analyze tender documents, BOQs, drawings, and specifications.
  • Prepare quantity take-offs, rate analysis, and cost estimates for infra projects (roads, bridges, irrigation, buildings).
  • Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams for technical and commercial inputs.
  • Assist in bid strategy, pricing, and finalization of techno-commercial proposals.
  • Identify regulatory risks and work with legal teams to resolve compliance issues.
  • Liaise with government bodies such as Municipal Corporation, PWD, NHAI, WRD, Revenue and Pollution Control Board.
  • Manage approvals and track timelines to avoid project delays.
  • Maintain strong relationships with officials to facilitate smooth approvals.
  • Assist in obtaining land papers, surveys, maps, and statutory documents.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (project, design, legal, accounts) to ensure all required documents are available.

What we are Looking

  • Knowledge of government tendering portals (GeM, e-Procurement, etc.)
  • Familiarity with infrastructure sector processes and documentation
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office, Excel, PDF editing, email communication)
