Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Handle liaisoning

    activities

    with government & municipal authorities.
  • Thorough knowledge of

    municipal drawings, DCR, UDCPR, IOD, CC, OC approvals

    .
  • Coordinate for

    statutory permissions

    , NOCs, land revenue & title-related documentation.
  • Manage submission & follow-up with

    Town Planning, SRA, MHADA, MIDC, CIDCO, PMC/MCGM/PCMC

    , etc. (as applicable).
  • Support architects & consultants for

    approval drawings & revisions

    .
  • Handle

    site-related coordination

    to ensure compliance with sanctioned plans.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Minimum 8

    years of experience

    in real estate liaisoning .
  • Strong understanding of

    approval processes & local authority norms

    .
  • Excellent communication & follow-up skills.
  • Must have

    knowledge of land matters

    and documentation.
