JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title: Manager Liaison Company: Ashwin Sheth Group Job Summary: The Manager Front Office Liaison is responsible for overseeing front office operations and coordinating with government departments, internal teams, and external consultants to ensure smooth documentation and approvals for real estate projects. This role serves as a communication bridge between stakeholders and provides efficient administrative and liaison support. Key Responsibilities: Front Office Management: • Oversee reception and visitor management, ensuring professional front desk operations. • Maintain meeting schedules and coordinate appointments, as well as manage hospitality for guests. Liaison Coordination: • Coordinate with local authorities (including BMC, MMRDA, MHADA, SRA, etc.) for project-related documentation and clearances. • • Assist in tracking files, obtaining NOCs, and managing permissions and compliance documents. Build and maintain strong relationships with key government and regulatory officials. Documentation & Reporting: • • Manage and maintain all legal, regulatory, and statutory documents for projects. Prepare and submit reports on the status of approvals, including follow-ups and escalations as needed. Internal Coordination: • Support liaison and legal teams with administrative assistance and document logistics. • Collaborate with architects, consultants, and project managers to ensure timely exchange of information and updates.


Compliance & Record Keeping: • • Ensure all records related to liaison work are updated and accurately maintained. Monitor the expiration of permissions and proactively coordinate renewals. Requirements: • • • • • BE Civil Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a relevant field. 12 to 15 years of experience in real estate front office or liaison coordination. Strong understanding of real estate regulatory procedures in Maharashtra. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and digital record-keeping.
