Hiring for a client of Bradford Consultants for Legal Specialist Position .
**Candidates from Premier Insititues would be Preferred***
The incumbent will be responsible for managing and overseeing all legal matters within the assigned region, while ensuring effective support to the Head Office. The role entails handling high-volume contract management, litigation, compliance, and real estate portfolios, along with active involvement in M&A and due diligence activities.
*He /She will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing large number of commercial contracts. Lead contract lifecycle tool implementation and training.
*Responsible for monitoring large number of compliance activities and drive audits, reporting, training, and tool implementation.
*Will be managing property documentation, due diligence, lease renewals, and legal support for projects.
*Will be supporting and structuring, due diligence, and legal documentation for acquisitions and integrations.
*Should have handled large number of medico-legal and commercial cases, maintain trackers, coordinate with advocates, and support recovery.
