Job Summary We are looking for a high-potential Legal Intern who can support the CEO directly in handling legal, contractual, and compliance-related matters. This is a strategic opportunity to work closely with leadership and gain exposure to real-world corporate legal frameworks, business negotiations, and regulatory processes in the retail sector. Responsibilities Draft, review, and assist in negotiation of contracts, MoUs, NDAs, and service agreements across vendors, brands, and operational partners. Conduct legal research on retail regulations, consumer protection laws, employment laws, brand IP rights, and FDI in retail. Ensure proper legal documentation and compliance processes across company functions, including store operations, HR, and procurement. Coordinate with external legal advisors on notices, potential litigations, and regulatory queries. Prepare briefing notes, risk summaries, and legal outlines for decision-making at the leadership level. Maintain a tracker of regulatory filings, deadlines, and a document repository for quick reference. Assist in legal aspects of store launches, vendor agreements, and marketing collaborations to ensure brand and operational protection. Desired Candidate Profile Pursuing the final year of LLB or Integrated Law Program (5-year or 3-year track). Strong legal drafting, documentation, and research skills. High sense of ownership, discretion, and professionalism. Strong communication skills with a solution-oriented approach. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and document management tools.
