Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Executive at our Palanpur office. The Legal Executive will be responsible for preparing legal documents, offering legal advice, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. They will handle property law and conveyancing matters, as well as collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address legal issues and resolve disputes. The role requires attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to managing legal support for the organization’s operations.

Qualifications

Knowledge of general legal principles, laws, and regulations, including expertise in Property Law and Conveyancing
Proficient in Legal Document Preparation with the ability to draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
Experience in providing accurate and timely Legal Advice to address business requirements
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent; a Master’s degree in Law (LLM) is a plus
Previous experience in the financial or NBFC sector is preferred but not required
