Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Handle litigation matters related to Sarfaesi Act and non-litigation issues like DRT proceedings.
Responsible for the entire legal function
Responsible for short fall recovery
Understanding of SERFAESI Process and DRT Proceedings
Drafting, Vetting and Negotiation of Agreements, Law Firm management, Corporate Legal, Treasury/fund raising, Venture Capital, Legal Advisory, Recovery, Mortgage/Title search, Civil, Criminal,
Consumer Litigation, Police Liaising, Recovery.
Prepare legal notices and maintain accurate records of all legal communications.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
