Manager – Legal & Compliance

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the company’s legal affairs in accordance with pharmacy laws, pharmaceutical regulations, and corporate legal frameworks
• Ensure compliance with all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements
• Provide legal advice and strategic support to internal departments and external stakeholders on corporate, commercial, regulatory, and litigation matters
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents including contracts, agreements, NDAs, and MoUs
• Maintain and manage legal records, contracts, and databases
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments relevant to the business and communicate necessary updates
• Ensure all operations comply with pharmacy-related laws and industry standards

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 4–5 years of post-qualification experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector
• Strong understanding of pharmacy compliance and regulatory frameworks
• Excellent legal drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
• High level of integrity with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
