Legal Compliance Manager

As an experienced Legal Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring companywide compliance with applicable Indian and international laws, such as Companies Act, IT Act, and Labour laws. This includes aligning with global data protection laws, cross-border employment practices, and IP rights. Your role will involve drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial agreements, managing company secretarial duties, and maintaining a structured legal risk framework. You will liaise with external counsel, auditors, company secretaries, and regulatory bodies to ensure timely deliverables and evaluate internal controls for improvements. Additionally, you will identify potential legal and regulatory risks and develop mitigation strategies to protect business interests.
