Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Legal Compliance Manager based in Hyderabad. The Legal Compliance Manager will oversee the organization's compliance with relevant laws and regulations, ensure adherence to internal policies, and prepare legal documents and reports as needed. Key responsibilities include managing regulatory compliance, fostering a culture of compliance across the organization, and liaising with legal authorities to mitigate risks and maintain regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Regulatory Compliance and Compliance Management
• Proficiency in Law and Legal Compliance with an understanding of relevant legal frameworks
• Experience in Legal Document Preparation, including contracts, reports, and other compliance-related paperwork
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad and collaborate across teams
• Company Secretary with minimum 5 years of experience
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law
• Certifications in compliance management or a similar domain are a plus
