Experience:

• 1–2 years of legal experience, preferably work experience in corporate law, contracts, or compliance is desirable

• Exposure to sectors like retail, luxury goods, or consumer commerce is a bonus

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in drafting and vetting legal agreements and contracts, including NDAs, service agreements, vendor contracts, lease agreements, and employment-related documents
• Support senior legal team members in handling regulatory and compliance matters
• Conduct basic legal research and prepare case summaries and legal notes
• Maintain proper documentation and records of all legal files and agreements
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure contract compliance and risk mitigation
• Assist in preparing responses for notices, queries, or legal correspondence

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of retail laws, intellectual property, commercial contracts, real estate, labor laws, and dispute resolution.
• Excellent drafting, and communication skills.
