● Draft, review, and standardize a wide range of legal agreements, including: Letters of Intent (LOIs) , Lease Agreements ,Franchise Agreements etc
● Develop and maintain legal templates for recurring documentation needs.
● Ensure all legal drafts are compliant with applicable laws and align with business objectives.
● Collaborate with internal departments (sales, real estate, operations, etc.) to understand requirements and customize agreements accordingly.
● Liaise with external legal counsel for complex transactions or dispute resolution when required.
● Monitor legal and regulatory changes affecting the company’s contractual obligations.
● Identify potential legal risks and propose mitigation strategies.
● Monitor changes in laws and regulations that affect the company’s operations and ensure compliance.
● Manage relationships with external legal advisors and regulatory authorities.
