Legal Assistant @ Lower Parel (12 months Contract)

Adecco is hiring for Legal Assistant Role - for 12 months contract @ Lower Parel - immediate joiner Job Location: Mumbai, India Job Type: Full Time Job Tenure: 12 months Responsibilities: Legal Support : Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including correspondences with internal and external stakeholders. Conducting legal research and analysis on various legal matters. Administrative Support: Managing calendars, scheduling appointments and coordinating travel arrangements for the legal team. Management of Contracts, Legal Case Files & Legal Document in a paper or electronic filing system Providing assistance for driving Compliance Management Tools Creating and maintaining a Case Management Database Tracking legal budget and spends Managing legal invoicing, budgets, spending, PO creation, query resolutions Internal Co-ordination between department and stakeholder viz Corporate and Business divisions Co-ordination with external stakeholders viz. Consultants and Law Firms Qualification : Law Degree (LLB or equivalent). A minimum of two years of post-qualification experience as a Legal Assistant in a law firm or in-house corporate legal department. Strong understanding of legal principles and practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Multi-tasking with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
