We are expanding our in-house legal consultation team to strengthen customer trust and drive business growth. Role Overview We are looking for qualified advocates (13 years of experience) who can handle customer consultations on property-related legal matters and basic contracts. The role involves understanding customer queries, explaining legal solutions clearly, and supporting sales teams in converting leads to paying customers. You will be the face of trust for the customer explaining complex legal concepts simply, assessing risks, and ensuring confidence in our services. Key Responsibilities Conduct telephonic and video consultations with customers regarding: Sale, purchase, gift, and lease deeds Drafting and review of legal agreements Basic contract and compliance queries Understand the customers requirement and propose the right legal solution package. Work with the Sales & Service teams to ensure smooth handover and conversion. Review documents shared by customers and highlight key legal findings or risks. Maintain concise call notes and consultation summaries in CRM. Coordinate with empanelled advocates or external legal partners when required. Uphold the NoBroker standard of professionalism, transparency, and customer-first communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications LL.B / B.L degree from a recognized university 13 years of experience in property legal work, agreement drafting, or civil practice. Strong understanding of property documentation, conveyancing, and contracts. Excellent communication and listening skills; ability to explain legal concepts simply. Customer-centric and empathetic approach. Comfortable using CRM tools and working in a process-driven environment.
