Role & responsibilities

We are trying to strengthen our healthcare industry knowledge to serve our Applicants and Clients better. To achieve the same, we need to onboard certain consultants from the industry. The goal is to equip our Verification Specialists with the context and understanding needed to perform their roles more accurately and efficiently.

Role Objective

Core Requirements

Contract Period -4 months

Work of mode - Part time

These are the non-negotiable qualifications for the consultant.

Active Professional License: The candidate must be a credentialed healthcare professional.

Significant Clinical Experience: A minimum of 7-10 years of post-training experience working in a clinical setting (e.g., hospital, private practice). This ensures they have navigated the full cycle of licensing, maintenance, and potential recertification.

Full-Cycle Journey Expertise: The candidate must have personal, first-hand experience with the entire professional pathway:

Academic: Medical/Nursing/Allied Healthcare Institution

Postgraduate Training: Internship, residency, and/or fellowship

Initial Licensure: National/State Board or Council and key examinations, if any (e.g., USMLE)

Board Certification: Initial certification process through a specialty board (e.g., DNB or ABMS for physicians)

Knowledge & Expertise

Pathway Knowledge: Should be able to clearly explain the "timeline" and "milestones" for their specific profession.

Documentation Familiarity

Diplomas and transcripts

Training verification forms

Board certification letters/status

CME/CPD

Logbooks (for Surgeons)

Regulatory Landscape: Can explain the roles and functions of key bodies:

State/National Medical/Nursing Boards

Specialty Boards

Accreditation

Credentialing
