Subject Matter Expert

Role & responsibilities

• Conduct telephonic and video consultations with customers regarding: Sale, purchase, gift, and lease deeds, Drafting and review of legal agreements, Basic contract and compliance queries
• Understand the customers requirement and propose the right legal solution package.
• Work with the Sales & Service teams to ensure smooth handover and conversion.
• Review documents shared by customers and highlight key legal findings or risks.
• Maintain concise call notes and consultation summaries in CRM. Coordinate with empanelled advocates or external legal partners when required.
• Uphold the NoBroker standard of professionalism, transparency, and customer-first communication

Preferred candidate profile

• LL.B / B.L degree from a recognized university
• 1-3 years of experience in property legal work, agreement drafting, or civil practice.
• Strong understanding of property documentation, conveyancing, and contracts.
• Excellent communication and listening skills; ability to explain legal concepts simply.
• Customer-centric and empathetic approach.
• Comfortable using CRM tools and working in a process-driven environment.
